Feasibility Studies

Potentially, homeowners with large plots can sell parts of their property to developers for building and unlock some of the value of their assets. We can provide sketch schemes for these plots, indicating the potential use, number and size of properties which could be built, given the site restraints present. We would also indicate the points of access, parking provision and even produce a report on the nearest amenities and bus routes, for example and point out any potential causes for refusal of an application. We cannot guarantee that our proposals will be granted full planning permission but the information we can provide can put clients in a more desirable position to sell their property.
